Facing installation issues?
Currently we don't have an Apple Developer account, so macOS may show a popup after installing Rayclip. Click OK, then go to Settings > Privacy & Security and scroll down until you see Rayclip and an Open anyway button. Click it once, then you can open Rayclip.
What Moves
Three payload types. One clipboard flow.
All end-to-end encrypted. No accounts, no extra apps, no lock-in.
Clipboard text
Copy on one device, paste on the other. Links, notes, snippets, and commands arrive instantly — decrypted only on your paired devices.
Screenshots & images
Screenshots from Android show up on your Mac. Preview them, copy to clipboard, download, or open in Preview — never overwriting silently.
Files & documents
Send photos, PDFs, or small batches of files. They travel directly over Wi-Fi when devices are local, with the encrypted relay as fallback.
How It Works
Pair once. Move clips whenever.
Pair once
Open both apps. Point your phone at the QR code on screen — or type the 6-digit code instead. No email, no password, no account.
Move what you need
Copy text on either side. Take a screenshot on Android and it lands on your Mac. Drop files or use the share sheet. Receiving is automatic.
Stay in control
Everything is encrypted on your device before it leaves. The relay only ever sees ciphertext and forgets the key after pairing.

Security
Plaintext stays on your devices.
Clips and images are encrypted on your device, travel as ciphertext, and expire quickly on the server. The relay never sees a single byte of plaintext.
The server only creates a short-lived room key during the two-minute pairing window, hands it to your two devices, then forgets it completely.
